We are pleased to announce the 4.8.9 release of Camel Karaf.

Camel Karaf 4.8.9 provide Camel 4.8.9 support for Karaf 4.x. It includes:

• upgrade to CXF 4.0.9
• fix azure component dependencies
• use bundle symbolic name as camel context name by default
• fix the camel-ehcache feature by using the jakarta namespace
• add optional import org.apache.camel.component.cxf.common.header package in camel-cxf transport bundles
• add org.apache.camel.model packages import in camel-xml-jaxb bundle
